"Nate is a well qualified high jump coach and helped bring my jumping to the next level. Junior year of high school was my first year of track. I really struggled with form, barely jumping 5’2” at first, but with his help I quickly progressed to 5’8” by the end of the season. During the off-season we worked on vertical training and injury prevention to improve my jumping potential. Then the next winter track season is where it all clicked, in two months I increased my personal record by 8 inches, qualified for the indoor state meet my senior year, and placed 8th with a jump of 6’4” earning me all-state honors. Nate has many different and unique ways of explaining your challenges, how to overcome them and helped me reach goals I didn’t even believe were possible. Sadly our spring season was canceled due to covid, but who knows what we could’ve accomplished that year. I can’t thank Nate enough for everything he did for me, and recommend him to anyone serious about jumping higher!"
